Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of eligible personal information associated with the TFA event platform.

How to request deletion

  1. Email tfa.abudhabi.contact@gmail.com using the email address connected to your registration or account.
  2. Use the subject Data deletion request.
  3. Include your registration ID, if available. Do not send passwords, OTP codes or identity documents by email.

Verification and completion

TFA will verify that the request comes from the person connected to the record. After verification, eligible personal information will be deleted or anonymized. Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal obligations.

WhatsApp and Meta information

This process covers information controlled by TFA. To manage information held independently by Meta or WhatsApp, use the privacy controls and request channels provided by those services.
