Terms of Service

These terms apply to the event platform operated by TFA. By submitting a registration or using a staff or member account, you agree to use the platform lawfully and provide accurate information.

Event registration

A registration is subject to event capacity, waitlist rules, venue requirements and any safety instructions communicated by TFA. One family QR pass covers the family members listed in that registration. A registration may not be transferred or misused.

Communications

TFA may send essential registration and event information by email. WhatsApp confirmations and reminders are sent only where the participant has selected the WhatsApp consent option. Delivery through third-party networks cannot be guaranteed.

Changes and availability

TFA may update event details, schedules, venue information or registration availability when necessary. We aim to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, submit fraudulent registrations, misuse QR passes, or use information obtained through the platform for unauthorized purposes.
